Samples shall be arranged to prevent contact with each other and to permit free settling of the fog on the coated surfaces for the specified minimum period. 3.10 QUALITY 3.10.1 WSB-M26G4-C; Surface finish shall be
14、equivalent to that of the approved master sample, and shall meet the requirements of ASTM C 1036 Type I, Class I q2 quality. Interior Mirror edges: . Shall have a frosted (non-glare) edge with a maximum surface roughness of 7.87 - 0 micrometers RMS, and no shiners or wheel skips. . The edge shall be

Front surface flake shell chips shall not be visible in the encased assembly, and second surface chips shall be a maximum of 1.8 mm. 3.10.2 WSB-M26G5-C The surface finish shall be equivalent
16、to that of the approved master sample, and shall meet the requirements of ASTM C 1036 Type I, Class I q2 quality. 3.11 OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS 3.11.1 WSB-M26G4-C The finished mirror shall pass the following test for image resolution. Test method: When viewed in the normal operating position (at the distance of the mirror from the drivers eye), the angular separation of the mirror surfaces shall be sufficient so that only one of the two images can be resolved at one time.
