SCOPE The
3、materials defined by this specification are flat needled, polyester, nonwoven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. The face fiber is based on 100% recycled polyester from post consumer sources. WSB-M3H105-A2 is backcoated with polyethylene and has a spun bonded polyester backing. It uses
4、 235 g/m2 minimum recycled polyester (41% of total weight). WSB-M3H105-A3 is backcoated with a synthetic latex. It uses 220 g/m2 minimum recycled polyester (68% of total weight). 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for materials used for trunk covering material for the 1995
5、Taurus. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.1.1 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet assembly, mold
6、ed or otherwise fabricated, shall meet all requirements of WSS-M15P32-D. 3.1.3 Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSSM99P2222-D1/ latest for Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements. Test data must to be provided by
7、 the Tier 1 at the appropriate program milestone. 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from production representative carpet.
