SCOPE This specification identifies a commonly used hexavalent chromium free finish for speci
3、al purposes, its performance requirement and the relevant Ford test procedure. 2. APPLICATION The finish identified in this specification is intended for use on Worldwide Standard and Utility parts requiring a special finish not identified in the S300 series of finishes in Clause 6 of WX100. The S40
4、0 series of finishes has been designated for use in this specification, no other series shall be used. 3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Note: The application of any finish defined in this specification invokes all applicable requirements of WX100 paragraph 5. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIAL
5、S Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Part producers using this material in their products, must use Ford approved materials and must conform to a process control plan which has been approved by STA and/o
