SCOPE These specifications define wood veneers for use as decorative product on interior wood veneer assemblies. 3、pulus Nigra, Burl Cut 2. APPLICATION The specifications WSS-M11G27-A1/A3 were released for materials used for wooden decorative automotive components. Application of lacquer and other products will need to be considered to provide a suitable finished product. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification r
4、equirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. When in the fully assembled form the veneer assembly must perform to the Material specification requirements of WSS-M15P34-B1 or as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material sup
5、pliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MATERIAL PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Appearance Color, feature and grain to be as per Master samples 3.2.2 Thickness Nominal thickness - 0.6mm 3.2.3 Moisture content 11-18% 3.2.4 Density 462.8 +/- 50 Kgm-33.3 PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES Veneer selected for its attractive appearance should be uniform in thickness, smooth, flat, free from decay and have face grain suitable for the intended face grade.
