SCOPE The material defined by this sp
2、ecification is a visible zipper assembly and its color property requirements for interior trim applications. It is not applicable for nonvisible zipper applications. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a zipper assembly for interior seat, armrest and/or hea
3、drest covers. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A) 3.1.1 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the zipper assembly shall meet all
4、the requirements as specified on the Engineering Drawings and the functional requirements of the application. 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color and appearance shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.3 SAMPLE SELECTION See T
5、able 1 for sample size and testing requirements. The test specimens shall be taken from a zipper assembly. 3.4 CONSTRUCTION Zipper type and construction must be specified on the Engineering Drawing and meet ASTM D2060, ASTM D2061, and ASTM D3657. 3.5 COLOR PROPERTIES Submit tested samples to Materia
