2、ARPET, POLYESTER, NON WOVEN, FLAT FELT, WSS-M3H105-B6 NEEDLED, ONE LAYER SYSTEM 850 G/M2 (25 oz) NOMINAL 1. SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are flat felt, needled, nonwoven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. The carpet face is made with 100% virgin face fiber and ha

3、s no separate backing system since the backing is integrated into the face material. This material has a heathered gray coloration and is not a solid color, color match. 2. APPLICATION The B5 specification was released originally for B car trunk load floor application. The B6 specification was relea

4、sed originally for B car side trim and deck lids. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item floor carpet shall be tested to WSS-M15P32-D and any additional SDS requirements. The details for each of the suppliers specific construction shall be documented in the suppl

5、ement attached and uploaded into the FMD (Ford Materials Database) or scanned data package. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 Vehicle Interior En

6、vironment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/ latest. Test data to be provided by the Tier 1 at the appropriate program milestone. 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted
