SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a zinc phosphate sol

2、ution additive. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an additive in spray only phosphate equipment. It is used in combination with WSS-M5B419-A Phosphate Solution, Zinc, Start Up and WSS-M5B421-A Phosphate Solution, Zinc, Make Up. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDAR

3、D REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION Nitrate as NO320.4 +/- 2.5% Nickel as Ni 1.0 +/- 0.4% Manganese as Mn 7.6 +/- 1.0% 3.3 pH VALUE 1% SOLU
