2、A NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE This classification system is used to identify the material characteristics of non-carpeted accessory floor mats used in automotive applications. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an all weather injection molded f

3、loor mat for the Ranger and F-350 trucks. Materials approved to this specification must meet all of the requirements in this specification and all applicable requirements of the Sound and Heat SDS. Carpeted floor mats must meet the requirements of WSS-M15P44-A. 3. REQUIREMENTS Tests shall be conduct

4、ed on sections of the floor mat. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 ORIGINAL PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Appearance The color pattern, texture, clarity and fin

5、ish shall match that of the master sample on file at the affected Product Engineering Office. 3.2.2 Surface Condition The surface shall not be tacky to foreign material. Dirt and dust shall be capable of removal with soap and water. 3.3 FOGGING (SAE J1756, 3 h at 100 C heating, 21 C cooling plate, p
