Volvo Car Corporation and Mazda Motor Corporationwill have additional reporting requirements communicated to their suppliers under separate cover.In March of 2001, we requested that all Ford suppliers use the Inter
3、national Material Data System (IMDS)to collect and report material and substance information required by RSMS. IMDS is an industry solutionthat monitors compliance with global regulatory requirements including the EU End of Life Vehicle (ELV)Directive.To ensure compliance with governmental regulatio
4、ns and Ford directives, it is mandatory that all oursuppliers complete reporting via IMDS, based on the following schedule: By June 30, 2002, for all production and service parts associated with vehicles sold(manufactured in/exported to) by Europe report:o RSMS listed substanceso 100% materials (typ
