7、 1998 Page 3 of 7 LBSP GMI 2 11/95 GM INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING STANDARD Draft GMI L-7B01B-2 3 Procedure 3.1 Preparation 3.1 .i If the linings are supplied as clutch disk assemblies remove them from the disks prior to measurement. 3.2 Conditions 3.2.1 Deviations Deviations from the requirements of t

8、his test proce- dure shall have been agreed upon. Such require- ments shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports etc. 3.3 Instructions 3.3.1 The lining to be measured is compressed between 2 even plates with a force which corresFonds to the pressure force oi the relevant cl

9、utch Z (f50 N). 3.3.2 From the distance of two test plates the thickness of the clutch plate shall be determined at three test points 120“ apart, by means of a dial gage (graduation 1/100 mm). 3.3.3 The average of the values measured at the three test points will be taken as the thickness of the clu

10、tch lining. 3.4 Data 3.4.1 Targets The thickness of new clutch linings shall be to drawing specification. 3.4.2 Evaluation Clutch lining wear is the difference of the thickness measurements before and after use. 3 Durchfhrung 3.1 Vorbereitung 3.1.1 Falls die Belge im Zsb. Kupplungsscheibe angelie- f

11、ert werden sind sie vor der Messung abzunieten. 3.2 Prfbedingungen 3.2.1 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Be- dingungen sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorgeschrie- ben bm. mssen auf Prfzeugnissen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. 3.3

12、 Prfanieitung 3.3.1 Der zu messende Belag wird mischen 2 ebenen Platten mit einer Kraft, die der Anprekraft der zu- gehrigen Kupplung Z entspricht, zusammenge- pret (-50 N). 3.3.2 Aus dem Abstand Seider Meplatten ist an drei um 120“ versetzten Mepunkten mit einer Meuhr (Teilung 1/100 mm) die Dicke d

13、es Kupplungsbela- ges zu bestimmen. 3.3.3 Als Ma der Dicke des Kupplungsbelages gilt der Mittelwert aus den drei Mepunkten. 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderungen Die Dicke des Kupplungsbelages mu im Neuzu- stand der Zeichnungsvorschrift entsprechen. 3.4.2 Auswertung Als Ma des Kupplungsbeiag-Verschleies

14、gilt die Differenz der Dickenmessung vor und nach der Beanspruchung. 15、 Coding System This test procedure shall be called up in other specifications, drawings, VTS, CTS etc. as follows: Example: “Test to GMI L-76018-2“ 3.4.3 Darstellung Unter Angabe dieses Prfverfahrens sind die Er- gebnisse der Messung in einem Prfbericht ZU- sammenzustellen. 4 Angabe in Dokumenten Di
