2、echnology 1. SCOPE This standard specifies the stainless steel bars used by GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Company(hereinafter referred to as the “GMDAT“). 2. MANUFACTURING METHOD 2.1. After hot rolling or forging, austenitic series shall undergo solution treatment an ferritic series shall be annealed.

3、 However, ferritic series may not be annealed as designated by the purchaser. 2.2. Bars manufactured by cold drawing, grinding, cutting or their combination shall not be heat treated, unless otherwise specified. 3. TYPE AND USE Table 1. Microstructure The ferritic series shall be composed of ferrites and carbides in the annealed state. However, for SUS 430F, non metalli

Weldability SUS 430F is not suitable for fusion welding and resistance welding due to a high S content. As other steel are susceptible to intergranular corrosion after welding, stee

14、l materials stabilized with Ti or Nb shall be used for welding. 4.7. Surface condition The surface shall be smooth and free from internal and external defects harmful to the machining process or the function of the products. 5. DIMENSIONSTable 6. NOTE Samples of materials or parts that follow this standard shall be approved by Technical Center before mass production & delivery. In the event of any mod

16、ification form this standard, it is the sole responsibility of the supplier to inform the purchaser of all such modifications. Furthermore, the supplier shall submit the modified sample for reapproval by Technical Center before mass production & delivery. 7. TEST 7.1. All tests shall be performed at
