3、14455. 1. PURPOSE This procedure verifies durability of flanking of the seat back during traveling a vehicle. 2. SCOPE All types of seats mounted with side hinges 3. TEST SAMPLES Minimum three new seat frames 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig for fitting seats in actual field conditions 4.2. Leveli

4、ng surface table 4.3. Measuring instruments for weight loading 4.4. Weight loading jig A jig without movement of loading position when loading weights 5. METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Preparation 5.1.1. Fit the seat-fixing jig on the leveling surface table, and then mount a seat on the jig

5、 5.1.2. Set the adjuster systems of the seat as follows: (1) Seat back: Position specified in the design standard (if the design standard unknown, at an angle of 25 28). (2) Guide rail: Position specified in the design standard (3) Other adjuster systems: Positions specified in the design standard

6、5.2. Test Method 5.2.1. Load the weight of 30 kgf on the left and the right of the center from the seat back upper frame as shown in fig. 1. 5.2.2. The loading rate of a single cycle should be between 20 and 30 cpm.
