3、rance of the slider during rapid acceleration/deceleration. 2. SCOPE Seats with the slider function 3. TEST SAMPLES Minimum three new seat frames 4. TEST EQUIPMENT AND JIG 4.1. Jig for fitting seats in vehicle conditions 4.2. Leveling surface plate 4.3. Load measuring instrument (push-pull gauge or
4、other instrument) 4.4. Displacement measuring instrument (dial gauge) 5. METHODS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF TEST 5.1. Test Method 5.1.1. Test samples shall satisfy the slider operating force. 5.1.2. Fit the seat-fixing jig on the leveling surface table, and mount the seat on the jig. 5.1.3. Set the other
5、 adjuster systems of the seat to the positions specified in the design standard. 5.1.4. The seat back may be removed if required. 5.1.5. Load the weights of 15kg and 25kg on the front and the rear side of the centerline on the seat cushion frame parallel with the guide rail respectively as shown in
6、fig. 1, and measure the displacement. 5.1.6. Measurement of the displacement shall be made on the inner area and the outer area of the leading edge centerline of the upper rail. 5.1.7. Measure the play clearance of the slider at the locking positions throughout the zones. 5.2. Evaluation 5.2.1. The play clearance in the inner and the outer position shall be less than 0.6 mm respectively.
