9、l. Test pieces of 100 cm2 shall be taken from the areas having the uniform thickness. 3.2.1.3 Test pieces shall be taken using the cutting dies or saw. Care shall be taken that no damages occur by excessive heat during preparation of test pieces. 3.2.2 Number of Test Pieces. 3.2.1.1 Flexible Cellula

10、r Material. A minimum of 3 test pieces shall be tested. If any individual measured value differs by more than 20 % from the arithmetic average of 3 test pieces, 2 further test pieces shall be tested and the arithmetic average of all 5 test pieces recorded. 3.2.1.2 Trim Materials. For initial sample

11、approval and arbitration purposes, at least 3 test pieces shall be tested and for routine quality control, at least 1 test piece. 4 Procedures 4.1 Conditioning. 4.1.1 Flexible Cellular Material. 4.1.1.1 For initial sample approval and arbitration purposes, tests shall not be performed less than 7 da

12、ys after manufacture and for routine quality control, not less than 72 hours after manufacture. 4.1.1.2 Prior to test, test pieces shall be dried for 3 hours at +70 E 2.5K and conditioned for 16 hours min. at +23 E 2K and (506) % relative humidity. 4.2 Conditions. 4.2.1 Test Conditions. Deviations f

13、rom the requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.3 Instructions. 4.3.1 Tests shall be performed at +23 E 5K immediately after conditioning. 4.3.2 The dimensions of test piece shall be det

14、ermined to the nearest 0.1 mm and then the volume calculated. 4.3.3 The test pieces shall be weighed to the nearest 0.001 g. 5 Data 5.1 Evaluations.
