This standard specifies the test method for determining the influences of high temperature - pressure washing exerted on the organically coated material, under the specified condition. 1.2 Applicability. This standard applies to organically coated

9、 in size. However, if shape or size of the top-coated part is not applicable, test pieces having a minimum area of 25 cm2 may be cut from other flat part. 3.2.2 When it is impossible to take samples a specified in 3.2.1, organically coated test pieces or slabs prepared especially shall be used. 3.2.
10、2.1 Size of test pieces (3005) mm (3005) mm. 3.2.2.2 Base metal to EDS-M-1101. 3.2.2.3 The test piece organically coated shall be manufactured according to requirements in 3.2.2.1 and 3.2.2.2. 3.2.3 When manufacturing or sampling test pieces as specified in 3.2.1 and 3.2.2, take care that the coated
11、 surface is not damaged. 3.2.4 For initial sample approval at least 3 test pieces and for routine quality control at least 1 test piece shall be used. 4 Procedures 4.1 Conditioning. The test piece shall be tested after conditioning in accordance with the following requirements. 4.1.1 Oven Drying of
12、Organic Coatings. 24 ) 30 hours after coating and baking 4.1.2 Air Drying of Organic Coatings. 72 ) 96 hours after coating and baking 4.1.3 For Components Delivered by the Supplier. The test shall directly be performed without conditioning. 4.2 Conditions. 4.2.1 Test Conditions. Deviations from the
13、requirements of this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.3 Instructions. 4.3.1 Divide the coated surface of the test piece into 2 and coat the one side with protective was and dry it at room temperature
14、for 24 hours minimum. 4.3.2 Inject the cleansing solution of (+80 0-5) E to the prepared test piece for (305) seconds by means of the of the high temperature-pressure cleansing device. 4.3.3 In this case, keep a distance of 5 cm between the coated surface of the test piece and the injecting nozzle.
