2、e results of a questionnaire distributed in early 1970. A Task Force was assigned consisting of W. T. Lawler, Chairman, Sun Oil Company W. A. Haliburton, Cities Service Oil Co. D. R. Raney, Lone Star Gas Producing Co. Later additions to the Task Force were Messrs. E. C. Cramp, Atlantic Richfield Co.
