The calibration of our 100 cc volumetric mercury pump was re- checked so the mercury measur
11、ement could be estimated to t .o01 cc. - 2. A small 5000 psi Monel steel cell was used. “with i window ports and a thermocouple well the length of the cell. Universal Potentiometer by Leeds and Northrup Company and a D-C Null Detector was used to measure the temperature to t. 01F. The thermocouple w
12、as checked at 32F. and 212F. This cell was fitted A five junction thermocouple in conjunction with a Type K-3 - 3. The cell was placed in a water bath and calibrated as a function of temperature and pressure using the volumetric mercury pump. The 2500 psi Heise gauge was calibrated against a Dead We
13、 i ght Te s te r . 4. A large amount of the Methane-Ethane mixture was prepared and analyzed. The density was O. 43923 gm/cc. the mixtures. Base Mix No. 1 was prepared and analyzed. The density was determined at 1500 psia and 32F. O. 63488 gm/cc. The density was determined at 2000 psia and 32F. This
