The Air Navigation Commission at the ninth meeting of its 3 Ist Sess.an on 1 December 1992, under authority delegated by the Council, took action on the recommendations of the twelfth meeting of the Visual Aids Panel, as in
3、dicated hereunder: 2. Recommendations for amendment of Standards, Recommended Practices and Procedures ORSPP) 2.1 The Air Navigation Commission made a preliminary review of Recommendations 111, 2/1, 3/1, 4/1, 5/1, 6/1, 7/1 and 12 and agreed that they should be referred for comments to Contracting St
4、ates and appropriate internationai organizations, together with the Commissions own comments and proposais thereon. Following receipt of comments, the Commission will conduct a detailed review and will prese its recommendations for action by the Council. 3. Recommendations other than for Standards a
5、nd Recommended Practices and Procedures 3.1 recommendations as indicated in the action taken hereunder. 11、 control systems Approved this recommendation and assigned the task of standardizing the visual aids components of A-SMGCS to the Visual Aids Panel on the understanding that the Secretariat would monitor the development of the system and when it was timely to standardize the remaining aspects of -e
12、system (i.e. non-visuai aids components and procedures) submit a proposal to the ANC for a course of action for addressing those aspects. Development of operational standards Approved the intent of this recommendation and requested the Secretary General to submit proposais for a course of action for
13、 further work on the subject. Revision of the Aerodrome Design Manual, Part 5, Electrical Systems Endorsed the need to update the manual and assigned the task to the Visual Aids Pane.
