8、ION OF STATE CHANGE EVENT Summary This Technical Corrigendum gives some clarifications to the state change event. Source Corrigendum 2 to ITU-T Recommendation X.731 was prepared by ITU-T Study Group 4 (2001-2004) and approved on 19 January 200 1. An identical text is also published as Technical Corr

9、igendum 2 to ISO/IEC 1 O 164-2. IT-T X731(1992)/Cor.2 (01/2001 E) 1 FOREWORD The International Telecommunication Union 0 is the United Nations specialized agency in the field of telecommunications. The ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) is a permanent organ of . ITU-T is responsibl

10、e for studying technical, operathg and tariff questions and issuing Recommendations on them with a view to standardizing telecommunications on a worldwide basis. The World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA), which meets every four years, establishes the topics for study by the IT-T st

11、udy groups which, in turn, produce Recommendations on these topics. The approval of ITU-T Recommendations is covered by the procedure laid down in WTSA Resolution 1. In some areas of information technology which fall within IT-Ts purview, the necessary standards are prepared on a collaborative basis

12、 with IS0 and IEC. NOTE In this Recommendation, the expression “Administration“ is used for conciseness to indicate both a telecommunication administration and a recognized operating agency. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS draws attention to the possibility that the practice or implementation of this R

13、ecommendation may involve the use of a claimed Intellectual Property Right. 17、M 2 CLARIFICATION OF STATE CHANGE EVENT 1) Subclause 8.1.3.1 Replace paragraph: “The state attribute group is defined as an empty attribute group. It provides a means of referring to the collection of all state attributes of a managed object. The intent of the state attrute group is to contain the g

18、eneric and specific state attributes of a managed object when included in the managed object class denition. When the state attribute is read, the set of attribute identifiers and values which are members of the state attribute group will be returned.“ with: “The state attribute group is defined as
