This standard is issued pursuant to the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, and its application to

This standard establishes seventeen sheet sizes of diazo paper for the use of all Federal agencies to achieve the optimum degree of standardization. S2. Application. Purchases from commercial
3、sources under Federal Specification UU-P-221, of the issues in effect on date of invitation for bids, shall be limited to items which have characteristics conforming to this standard. characteristics shall continue to be utilized until exhausted. In those cases where this Federal Standard eliminates
4、 supply items and the items so eliminated are under contract, if the contract cannot be negotiated or amended to conform to the standard item, the Federal Standard becomes mandatory at the contract expiration date.
