Unless otherwise specified in the con

6、- tract or order, preproduction samples of the electronic pel shall be mnWactured using the mthods and procedures proposed for the proGuction lot. These units shall be tested as specified in Section 4 herein and are for the purpose of determining, prior to starting production, that the contractors p

7、roduction nethods are capable of producing electronic panels that comply with the technical requbemnts of the contract. 4.3.1. See 3.2.3 Materials. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, all materials and purchased parts entering into the final assembly of the electronic pel shall conf

8、orm strictly to the detailed requbements in- dicated on the drawings and specifications listed in LD 620172. 3.2.4 Finishes , coatings, construction, and dimensions Finishes , coatings, construction, and cilmensions for the electronic pnel shall be strictly in accordnace with the applicable drawings

9、 , specifications , and publications listed in LD 620172. 3.2.5 Moisture, fungus, and corrosion. The electronic panel shall be rendered moisture, fungus, and corrosion resistant in accordance with detail requirements spec if ied in the drawings and spec if icat ions listed in LD 620172. 3.2.6 Markin

10、g- Marking of assemblies, subassemblies, and parts shall be in accordance with the applicable drawings listed in LD 620172. 3-2.7 Threads. Unless otherwise specified, al1 threads shall be in accordance with National Bureau-of Stmdards Handbook 28. fit for threads shall be as specified on the applica

14、ut license from IHS-,-,-MIL-E-229llD (OS ) 3.3.1 With S902 disconnected from the steering controller, ohm- meter readings shall be as specified in Table I (4.5.4.2). 3.3.2 With K907 energized, energizing KgOl shall cause a closed cir- cuit to appar between pins 10 and 18, and with negative 21 volts

15、apBlied to pin 17, shall cause the steering controller to step in a counterclock- wise direction, when viewed from the synchro end, in two degree increments each time K9Ol is energized. 3.3.3 With K907 energized, energizing Kg02 shall cause a closed cir- cuit to appear between pins 12 and 18; 20,000

16、 OW plus or minus 10 per- cent to appear between pins 10 and 18; and with negative 21 volts applied to pin 17 (as in 3.3.2), shall cause the steering controller to step in a clockwise direction, when viewed from the synchro end, in two degree increwnts each time K902 is energized. 3.3.4 mergizing K9

17、05 shell prevent the steering controller from being stepped as in 3.3.2 and 3.3.3. 3.3.5 With Kg05 energized as in 3.3.4, connecting a jumper between pins 1 and 2 shall restore the ability of the steering controller to step as in 3.3.2 and 3.3.3. 3.3.6 With circuits as in 3.3.5, and with negative 21

18、 volts connec- ted to pin 18, deenergieing K907 shall prevent the steering controller from being stepped as in 3.3.2 and 3.3.3- 303.7 With negative 21 volts applied to pin. 18, K9O3 shall energize on negative 0.5 to 1.5 volts input to pin 27. Ehergizing K903 shall produce a reading of 75,000 ohms pl

19、us or minus LO percent between pins LO and 18. 3.3.8 Ehergizing K905 shall cause the circuit between pins 6 and 15 to open, and the circuit between pins 15 and 16 to close. 3.3.9 With negative 21 volts applied to pin 19, energizing Kg03 shall cause K906 and K905 to energize and produce closed cinuit

20、s between pins 13 arid 18 and between pins i5 and 16, and open circuits between pins i7 and 1 and between pins 6 and 1.5. 3.3.10 With K906 and KgO5 energized as in 3.3.9, deenergizing Kg03 shall not affect the circuits of 3.3.9. 3.3.11 Applying negative 21 volts to pin 11 shall cause a 53 to i-,: He

The resistance between pins 19 and 20 shall change to 240 ohms plus or minus 10 percent at a vol- tage of negative 0.5 to 1.5 vdc and there shall exist 75,000 ohms plus or minus 10 percent between pins 10

23、 and 18. Remove voltage from pin 27. 4.5.4.10 With relay K905 energized by the application of negative 21 volts to pin 14, an open circuit shall exist between pins 6 and i5 and a closed circuit between pins i5 and 16, as specified in 3.3.8. 21 vdts from pin 14. Ehergizing K903 shall cause mo6 and Kg05 to energize and produce closed circuits between pins i3 and 18 and pins i5 and 16, and open circuits between pins 17 and 1 and between pim 6 and 15, as specified in 3.3.9. 4.5.4.12 Remove

25、 voltage from pin 27. K903 shali deenergize and the circutts specified in 4.5.4.11 shall not change, as specified in 3.3.10. 4.5.4.13 &energize K906 an& K9O5 by removing voltage from pin 19. An open circuit shall appear between pins 15 and 16 and a closed circuit between pins 6 and 15. 4.5.4.14 Conn

26、ect a 500 ohm, 5 watt resistor between terminals 21 and 22. belxeen pins 21 and 22, as specified in 3.3.11. Connect negative 21 volts to pin 11. The volt-, wasured between pins 1 and 26 shall be between 80 and 112 volts peak-to-peak (clipped), to wet the requirements of 3-3-17. (Ref- erence NAVORD Drawing 2103763. ) 4,5

36、 A 5.2.2.1 Unit pack. The electronic panel shall be packed in accordance with LD 620202 and may be shppd individually in small lots. 5.2.2.2 Palletizinq. When specified, Level A packs shall be palletized in accordance with MIL-STD-147, Load Type III (see 6.2). 5.2.3 Levei. B. Not applicable. 5.2.4 k

The electronic panel shall be -packed to afford protec- tion against damage during direct shipment from -the supply source to the first receiving activity for irninediate use. common carrier regulations applicable to the mode of transportation. The electronic panel is intended for .use in Torpedo Mk 37 Mod 2

40、. 6.2 Ordering data. Procurement documents should specify the following : (a) Title, number, and date of this specification. Any except ions to this specification. (c) (d) (e) duct ion inspect ions . ( f ) Requhed level of preservation and pckaging (see 5.1). Required level of packing including pall

41、etizing (see 5.2). Assigned activity for preproduction and periodic pro- Data required other than that spec if ied in 3.2.1. Criteria for use of the proper level of preservation, packaging, and packing shall be as follows: 6*3.1 Le

43、vel A. This level shall be used for those items which are to be shipped to indeterminate destinations or stored under indeterminate conditions for redistribution anywhere. 6.3.2 Level C. This level shall be used only when it is definitely known that the packaged item are to be shipped to domestic installa- tions for hmsdiate use at the first receiving activity.
