Engines shall be equipped with a lubricating oil heating system to maintain the lubricating oil at a temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit (OF) p
3、lus or minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit (OF) when the engine is secured. The system shall employ forced circulation to distribute the oil through the external lubricating oil piping and the engine oil sump. The heating system shall be equipped with both manual and automatic shut-off devices. The automati
4、c shut-off shall secure the system in the event of a loss of engine lube oil or an engine start. This systemmay be combined with the lubricating oil priming pump in 3.8.4.5.
