REQUIREMENTS 3.1 General - The general requirements specified herein are supplementary to detail specifications for the construction of helicopter rescue equipment. Whenever there is a difference in req
5、uirements between this specification and the detail specification, the detail specification shall govern. 3.2 Materials - Materials shall be as specified in the detail specifications and drawings. 7、ccordance with MIL-STD-130. Any additional marking shall be as specified by the procuring activity in the contract or order. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection - Unless otherwise specified in the contract er purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performan
8、ce of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified, the supplier may utilize his own facilities or any commercial laboratory acceptable to the Government. the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed ne
9、cessary to assure suppliesand services conform to prescribed requirements. The Government reserves 4.2 Inspection of materials and components - The supplier is responsible for insuring that materials and components used were manu- factured and inspected in accordance with the requirements of referen
10、ced subsidiary specifications and standards to the extent specified herein, or, if none, in accordance with the requirements of this and detail spec- fications. 4.3 Sampling for inspection and acceptance - Unless otherwise specified, samples shall be selected in accordance with MIL-STD-105. 5. PREPA
11、RATION FOR DELnzERY 5.1 General - Preservation, packaging and packing shall be in accordance with applicable detail specification. 5.2 Marking - Interior packages and exterior containers shall be marked in accordance with requirements of the detail specification. 6.
