REQUIREMENTS 3.1 (see 4). Testing - This specification makes provision for testing 3.2 Materials, parts, and proces
11、ses - The materials, parts, and processes shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200, except as specified herein. 3.2.1 . Selection of parts, materials, and processes - Except as specified herein, MIL-T-21200 shall apply for the selection of parts, materials and processes. 3.2.2 Approval, of non-standa
12、rd parts and materials - Approval for the use of non-standard parts and materials shall be in accordance with MIL- T-21200. Pt. Mugu, Code 5233. Requests for approval shall be submitted to Naval Missile Center, 3.3 Dean and construction - The design and construction of the equipment shallbe in accor
13、dance with MIL-T-21200 except as modified herein. 3.3.1 Total weight - The total weight of the equipment, including cables, shall be a minimum consistent with good design and shall not exceed 45 pounds. 3.3.2 Cables and connectors - The equipment shall provide for the usc of cables and Connectors. I
14、nsofar as is practicable, all connectors on the front panel shall be mounted along the lower edge of the panel and in no case shall their location be such that th-e connecting cables will interfere with the operating controls. 21、visions to assure that effective corrective actions are taken on u timely basis and shall include follorup audits to review all open reports, analyses and correc- tive actions. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS I 4.1 Quality Program - The Contractor shall conduct a quality program in accordance with the requirements of MIL-Q-9858A. 4.1.1 Res

36、 and approved in 4.2.2 Special tests - Special tests shall be conducted on a quantity of equipments for the purpose of checking the effect of any design or mater- ial change on the performance of the equipment and to assure adequate qual- ity control. 4.2.2.1 Special test schedule - Selection of equ
37、ipments for special tests shall be made as follows: a. b. On an early equipment after an engineering or material change. Whenever failure reports or other information indicate add- itional tests are required. 4.2.2.2 Scope of tests - Special tests shall consist of such tests as are mutually establis
38、hed by the contractor and procuring activity. Test procedures previously approved for the preproduction tests shall be used where applicable. When not applicable, the contractor shall prepare a test procedure and submit it to the Naval Missile Center, Pt. Mugu, Code 5233 for approval prior to conduc
39、ting the tests. 4.2.3 Equipment failure - Should a failure occur during the accept- ance test the following action shall be taken: a. Determine the cause of failure. b. Determine if the failure is an isolated case or design defect. c. Submit to the procuring activity for approval, proposed correctiv
40、e action intended to reduce the possibility of the same failure(s) occurring in failure tests. to check all equipment for this requirement until reason- able assurance is obtained that the defect has been satis- d. 41、st Unit Test - In addition to the acceptance tests ldenti- fied in paragraph 4.2, one of the first five units shall be subjected to the vibration environment specified in MIL-T-21200, para. 3.2.19.4 for Class 2 or 3 equipment. One of the first five units shall also be subjected to the shock environm
42、ent specified in MIL-T-21200, para. 3.2.19.5.3 (Transit and Combination Cases). 4.4 Test procedures - The procedures used for conducting accept- ance tests shall be prepared by the contractor and submitted to the Naval Missile Center, Pt. Mugu, Code 5233 for review and approval. MIL-T-18303 shall be

In the event the equipment is not covered in MIL-E-17555, the method of preservation for Level A shall be determined in accordance with the sele
47、ction chart in Appendix D of MIL-STD-794. 5-2 Marking - In addition to any special marking required by the contract or order,.each unit package and exterior container shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. 6. NOTES 6.1 Intended use - The equipment is intended for use as a system8 tester for
48、 the AN/ALE-39 Dispensing Set. 6.2 Performance objectives - Minimum size and weight, simplicity . of operation, ease of maintenance, and an improvement in the performance and reliability of the specific functions beyond the requirements of the specification are objectives which shall be considered i
49、n the production of this equipment. Where it appears a substantial reduction in size and weight or improvement in simplicity of design, performance, case of maintenance or reliability will result from the use of materials, parts and processes other than those specified in MIL-T-21200, it is desired that their use be invest- igated, approval shall be submitted to the procuring activity for consideration Each request shall be accompanied by c
