SCOPE 1
2、.1 Scope. This specification covers a flanged, one-way, quick-closiny valve for 2 fuel oil up to 1000 pounds per square inch (lb/in ) at ambient temperature, and auxiliary stem service at GOO lb/in ano 775OF. 2 (see with (see 1.2 Classification. Valves shall be classified in accordance with the type
3、s and rating 1.2.1 and 1.2.21, as specified (see 6.2.1). 1.2.1 Types. Valves shall be of the following types, as specified (see 6.2.1): Type I - Steel, flanged. Type II - Bronze, flanged. 1.2.2 Rating. ANSI B16.34, and type II valves shall be class 150 in accordance with MIL-F-20042 6.2.1). 2. APPLI

An actuating motion requiring the operato

This actuating mechanism shall be sufficiently strong so that valves will not be damaged by improper turning of the handwheel by one man without the use of mechanical assistance. 3.3.7.1.1 Where the valve design requires initial counterclock
31、wise rotational motion to reset the valve, the resetting instructions shall be forged or cast into the handwheel, or shall have an instruction plate permanently attached to the valve. 3.3.6 Valve shall be a design that does not require disconnecting the remote cable 3.3.7 The valve shall be reset op
