3、仪1”目U 舌GBT 1 4286-2008本标准修改采用国际标准IEC 60743：2001(带电作业工具设备术语。
本标准中有些术语与IEC的术语有一定差别，为此，尽可能采用IEC的定义，并在不致引起误解的前提下，保留我国惯用术语。
本标准代替GBT 14286 2002(带电作业工具设备术语。
本标准与GBT 14286 2002相比，调整的内容如下：去掉IEC前言；对部分术语的名称进行了调整，如：连接线板一放线联板、转线滑轮组牵引机、卷线器一牵引机卷筒等；对于“电位转移”、“人体体表电场”、“人体电流”、“组合问隙”等我国常用术语而IEC 60743中又没有的内容仍予以保留。
本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。
本标准由全国带电作业标准化技术委员会归LI并负责解释。
本标准由国网武汉高压研究院负责起草，华北电力科学研究院有限责任公司、华北电网有限公司参加起草。
