本标准适用于婴幼儿配方食品和乳粉中亚泊酸的测定。
2方法提要GB/T 5413.4-1997 代替GB5413-85 样品中游离的亚泊酸和亚泊酸甘油酶经皂化后均以盐类形式存在，在酸性条件下用正己烧萃取，经气相色谱与其他成分分离后，测定其含量。
