3、tigation to be quicker and smoother.Recommendation(s): a71 Develop IT plan as part of a yearly update of the Contingency Action Plan (CAP).a71 Determine systems requirements, what updates are available, what organizations will be responsible for set-up, etc.a71 Identify which websites, electronic pl
