9、ier shall release material in accordance with criteria specified in the self-release agreement, plan, or procedure.3. 4 If required by the self-release agreement, plan, or procedure, the supplier personnel shall be certified or approved to release product.3.4. 1 Supplier personnel certifications sha
10、ll be current.3.4. 2 Self-release stamps/signatures shall be under a system of control.3. 5 If required by the self-release agreement, plan, or procedure, the supplier shall qualify their product(s) prior to initial and/or follow-on shipments.3. 6 There shall be documented evidence available to atte
