6、od for the determination of the capacity of cups. 2 Apparatus Mass balance, calibrated in milligrams. 3 Sampling Take a laboratory sample as specified in the relevant product standard. Where no standard exists, take the laboratory sample as agreed upon between the test laboratory and the manufacture
7、r to ensure a reasonable and acceptable reliability at a reasonable and acceptable confidence level. 4 Procedure Determine the mass of the cup and, ensuring that the platform of the balance (see clause 2) is level, fill the cup to the brim with water at 25 C 2 C and weigh again. 5 Test report Report
8、 the following information: a) all the data needed to identify the laboratory sample tested; b) confirmation that the test was carried out in accordance with this standard; c) any deviation from this standard; and d) record the difference in mass, in grams, as the capacity, in millilitres, of the cup.
