1威海银滩威海银滩绵延 20 公里的沙滩，坡缓滩平，沙质细腻松软，洁白如银， “银滩”因而得名。银滩的沙质，均为高品位的石英砂，沙滩中二氧化硅（石英）的含量高达 98%以上，为国内外所罕见，被专家称为“世界上难得的优良沙滩” 。沙子晶莹洁白，掬一把在手里，如精盐一般。因为沙子细腻致密，游人在潮水刚退去的平坦宽阔的海滩漫步，甚至连脚印也不会留下。沙质细腻，含磁量很高，对人体益处多多，由多种成分构成。
