34、Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favoriser la coopration internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les domaines de llectricit et de llectronique. A cet effet, la CEI, entre autres activits, publie des Normes Internationales. Leur laboration est confie des comi

35、ts dtudes, aux travaux desquels tout Comit national intress par le sujet trait peut participer. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales, en liaison avec la CEI, participent galement aux travaux. La CE1 collabore troitement avec lOrganisation Internationale de Norm

36、alisation (ISO), selon des conditions fixes par accord entre les deux organisations. Les dcisions ou accords officiels de la CE1 concernant les questions techniques, reprsentent, dans la mesure du possible un accord international sur les sujets tudis, tant donn que les Comits nationaux intresss sont

37、 reprsents dans chaque comit dtudes. Les documents produits se prsentent sous la forme de recommandations internationales. Ils sont publis comme normes, rapports techniques ou guides et agrs comme tels par les Comits nationaux. Dans le but dencourager lunification internationale, les Comits nationau

38、x de la CE1 sengagent appliquer de faon transparente, dans toute la mesure possible, les Normes internationales de la CE1 dans leurs normes nationales et rgionales. Toute divergence entre la norme CE1 et la norme nationale ou rgionale correspondante doit tre indique en termes clairs dans cette derni

39、re. La CE1 na fix aucune procdure concernant le marquage comme indication dapprobation et sa responsabilit nest pas engage quand un matriel est dclar conforme lune de ses normes. Lattention est attire sur le fait que certains des lments de la prsente Norme internationale peuvent faire lobjet de droi

40、ts de proprit intellectuelle ou de droits analogues. La CE1 ne saurait tre tenue pour responsable de ne pas avoir identifi de tels droits de proprit et de ne pas avoir signal leur existence. La Norme internationale CE1 404-2 a t tablie par le comit dtudes 68 de la CEI: Matriaux magntiques tels quall

41、iages et aciers. Cette troisime dition annule et remplace la deuxime dition parue en 1978 et constitue une rvision technique. La prsente norme remplace les chapitres I, II, IV et V de la CE1 404-2: 1978. La norme CE1 404-1 1 remplace le chapitre VIII de la CE1 404-2: 1978. La norme CE1 404-13 rempla

42、ce les chapitres VI, VI1 et IX de la CE1 404-2: 1978. Le chapitre III de la CE1 404-2: 1978 est annul. 44、asurement of the magnetic properties of electrical steel sheet and strip by means of an Epstein frame Report on voting FOREWORD The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Commit

45、tees). The object of the IEC is to promote international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes International Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committee

46、s; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. The IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for

47、 Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, express as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the relevant subjects since each technical committee

48、 has representation from all interested National Committees. The documents produced have the form of recommendations for international use and are published in the form of standards, technical reports or guides and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense.
