The series has thtee groups describing: 1) methods of test (IEC 851) ; 2) specifications (IEC 317); 3) packaging (IEC 264). 31 7-2

11、9 0 CE1 -8- SPCIFICATIONS POUR TYPES PARTICULIERS DE FILS DE BOBINAGE Partie 29: Fil de section rectangulaire en cuivre maille avec polyester ou polyesterimide et avec surcouche polyamide-imide, classe 200 1 Domaine dapplication La presente Norme internationale concerne les fils de bobinage de secti

12、on rectangulaire en cuivre maill de classe 200 avec un double revtement. La sous-couche est base de resine polyester ou polyesterimide qui peut tre modifiee. Elle doit conserver lidentit chimique de la resine initiale et rpondre toutes les exigences du fil. La surcouche est base de resine polyamide-

13、imide NOTE - Une rsine modifie est une rsine qui a subi une modification chimique, ou qui contient un OU plusieurs additifs pour amliorer les rsultats obtenus ou les caractristiques dutilisation. Une classe 200 est une classe thermique qui exige un indice de temprature minimal de 200 et une tempratu

14、re de choc thermique dau moins 220 OC. La temperature en degres Celsius correspondant lindice de temprature nest pas necessairement celle laquelle il est recommande dutiliser le fil et cela dependra de beaucoup de facteurs, y compris du type dequipement consider. La gamme des dimensions nominales de

15、s conducteurs couverte par la presente norme est: - largeur: min. 20 mm max. 160 mm; - paisseur: min. 0,80 mm max. 560 mm. Cette specification comprend les fils de grade 1 et de grade 2 et sapplique aux conduc- teurs de toute la gamme. Les combinaisons largeur-paisseur spcifies ainsi que le rapport

19、G WIRES Part 29: Polyester or polyesterimide overcoated with polyamide-imide enamelled rectangular copper wire, class 200 1 Scope This International Standard specifies the requirements of enamelled rectangular copper winding wire of class 200 with a dual coating. The underlying coating is based on p

20、olyester or polyesterimide resin, which may be modified providing it retains the chemical identity of the original resin and meets all specified wire requirements. The superimposed coating is based on polyamide-imide resin. NOTE - A modified resin is a resin that has undergone a chemical change, or

21、contains one or more additives to enhance certain performance or application characteristics. Class 200 is a thermal class that requires a minimum temperature index of 200 and a heat shock temperature of at least 220 OC. The temperature in degrees Celsius corresponding to the temperature index is no

22、t neces- sarily that at which it is recommended that the wire be operated and this wit depend on many factors, including the type of equipment involved. The range of nominal conductor dimensions covered by this standard is: - Width: min. 2,O mm max.- 160 mm; - thickness: min. O,$O mm . max. 5,60 mm.

23、 Wires of grade 1 and grade 2 are included in this specification and apply to the complete range of conductors. The specified combinations of width and thickness as well as the specified width/thickness ratio are given in IEC 317-0-2. 2 Normative references The following standard contains provisions
