18、sidrations gnrales Pour les besoins de cette norme, la prcision de la frquence de loscillateur local est la diffrence maximale tolre entre la valeur de frquence, mesure dans les conditions dessai normalises, et la valeur nominale. La prcision de frquence doit tre au moins en conformit avec les tolra

19、nces de frquence dfinies dans le cahier des charges technique du matriel. Note. - Les limites spcifies dans le Rglement des Radiocommunications (UIT) reprsentent les exigences mini- males sur les tolrances de frquence. Les administrations rgissant lemploi des frquences peuvent specifier des tolrance

20、s plus troites. 2.3.1.2 Mthode de mesure La frquence peut tre mesure en raccordant directement loscillateur local un frquence- mtre numrique. Si un point de mesure convenablement isol est disponible, on effectuera, de prfrence, la mesure en ce point (voir premire partie, section deux, article 9). Si

21、 aucun point de mesure convenablement isol, ni aucun accs de sortie de loscillateur nest disponible, ou si, en dconnectant la sortie de loscillateur, on provoque une drive de sa frquence, on peut utiliser la mthode suivante: Un gnrateur de signal f.i. de frquence connue avec prcision, ffi, tant racc

22、ord lentre de lmetteur, on mesure la frquence de sortief, . La frquence de loscillateur local peut alors tre calcule partir de ffi + f, ou def, - ffi selon le cas. La prcision et la stabilit de frquence du gnrateur de signal f.i. doivent tre suffisantes pour garantir une prcision densemble acceptable. I1 est ncessaire que lmetteur et le matriel de mesure aient atteint leurs conditions de fonctionnement stable avant doprer la mesure.
