The flash welding equipment shall be capable of consistently producingwelds which meet the requirements of this specification.3.1.1 n shallnot relieve the contractor of the responsibility of ensuring that all products or supplies submittedto the Governme
12、nt for acceptance comply with all requirements of the conmact. %rnplinginspection, as part of manufacturing operations, is an acceptable practice to ascertainconformance to requirements, however, this doss not authorize submission of known defectivematerial, either indicated or actual, nor does it c
