SALIENT CHARACTERISTI
2、CS 1.1 Description. The nonionic detergent shall be a homogeneous liquid blend of synthetic detergents, emulsifiers, and soil suspending agents. The detergent shall be suitable for laundering cottons, woolens, and synthetic fabrics in soft, hard, or sea water. The detergent shall be a viscous soluti
3、on at 25%. The detergent shall not contain phosphates, carbonates, silicates, or organic solvents. Enzyme additives, derived from spore-forming bacteria, in excess of original amounts found in raw materials are prohibited. The detergent shall contain a minimum 0.1 percent of fabric brightener and a
4、minimum 2.5 percent by weight of organic soil suspending agent. shall have no kerosene-like, rancid, fishy, or acrid odors. The detergent shall be low sudsing and 1.2 Nonionic surfactant. nonionic surfactant an the surfactant shall consist of either linear alcohol ethoxylates or alkyl aryl polyether
5、 alcohol types with optional fatty amides present or mixtures thereof. The detergent shall contain 30 percent minimum of a 1.3 Standards compliance. The pH value of the detergent shall be between 7.5 and 9.5 when tested in accordance with ASTM D 1172; the cloud point of the detergent in a 1 percent
6、solution in distilled water shall be between 75O and 77OC when tested in accordance with ASTM D 2024. 2. QUALITY ASSURANCE. 2.1 Certification. The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this description and conforms to the prodcicers own drawings, spec
7、ifications, standards, and quality assurance practices, and is the same as the product offered for sale in the commercial marketplace. When specific quality assurance provisions are specified for any commercial characteristic the contractor shall furnish data resulting from inspection conducted in a
8、ccordance with the specific quality assurance provisions. Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided $or under the provisions of the contract. 10、thylene drums conforming to MIL-D-43703. Five and 15 gallon containers shall be provided with a reclosable dispenser. 3.2 Palletization. When specified (see 4.21, containers shall be palletized in accordance with load type XIIa, XIIb, or XVII of MIL-STD-147. load.chal1 be bonded with primary and sec
