REQUIREPENTS 3. 3.2 Material.-Materials shall be in accordance with Assembly.-The Demolition Kit, Bangalore Torpedo, M1A2 Assembly shall comply with all requirements specified on

The cleaning method used shall not be inJurious to any part nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cl

Exterior surface 4 i QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS :4.1 Responsibility for inspection.-Unless otherwise -specified in the contract OP purc

10、hase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection require- ments as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified in the contract or order, the supplier may use his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements specifled herein,

11、 unless disapproved by the Government. form any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to ppescribed requirements. Reference shall be made to MIL-STD-109 to define terms used herein. The provisions of MIL-

A statement that all material purchased by the contractor meets requirements, when such material is controlled by Government or corniercial specifications referenced in any o

15、f the contractual documents, and that certificate of conformance ,are on file an6 available for review. 17、t formation.-The term “inspection lot“ as used in this specification is defined as an essentially homogen- eous collection of units of product from which a representa-. tive sample is drawn and inspected to determine conformance with applicable requirementis. The sample selected shall represent only

18、 that quantity of units from which the sample was drawn and shall not be construed to represent any prior or subsequent quantities presented for inspection. Homogene- ity shall be considered to exist provided the inspection lot has been produced by one manufacturer in one unchanged process Using the

19、 same materials and methods in accordance with the same drawings, same drawing revisions, sane specifications and same specification-revisions and complies with the pro- visions far submission of product as specified in MIL-STD-105. Changes to the process, specificatLons, or drawings not affect- ing

20、 safety, performance, interchangeability, or storage, as determined by the Gave-rnment, shall not be deemed to alter the homogeneity of an inspection lot. All material submitted for inspection in accordance with this specification shall t comply with the homogeneity criteria specified herein regard-

21、 less of the type of saiap1in.g procedure which ia being applied to determine conforniance with requiremenks. Parts from not mope than one lot interfix limber b. c. from one manufacturer. thn two lots from one manufacturer. than one lot interfix number from one fianufacturer which con- tains TNT from not more than one lot intr*fix number from one

23、manufacturer. 4.2.2. .Exminutlon.-Thc examinations llsted in the following subperagraphs shall be performed on inspection lots (see 4.2.1) of the cornpoiieiits or assemblies designated in the applicable paragraph headings. Inspection for critical defects (and major defects, when so specified) shall

24、be 100 percent. Sampliiig plans for major and minor defects shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-105 except that continuou plans in accordance with MIL-STD-1235 may be used if by the Government, Instead of applying the AQLs designatedx he.rein to the groups of major and minor defects listed, the cont

41、e. 4.3 Test methods and procedures 4.3.1 Specific gravity of the booster.-The booster shall be weighed on a balance and the weight recorded as dry weight. The booster shall then be weighed while completely submerged in water, taking care to remove all air bubbles remaining on the surfaces of the boo

42、ster. The temperature of the water shall be 68 degrees Fahrenheit (F) plus or minus 2 degrees F. This weight shall be recordeci as weight under water. the position of the booster shall be such that no air is entrapped.)
