The output ripple voltage shall be not greater tha
7、n 6.5 volts rms under full-load conditions. 3.5.5 No-load output voltage. The no-load output voltage shall be not greater than 1600 volts dc. 3.5.6 The delay circuit. CI The time delay circuit function shall be such that application of plate voltage to the rectifiers shall occur in not less than 38
8、nor more than 52 seconds after application of input voltage. 3. 5.7 Control relay (relay K4). - The output voltage of the power supply shall be available only when relay K4 is energized, 3. 5.8 Overload relay circuits. 3. 5.8.1 Overload adjust control. c) The. overload adjust control shall be capabl
9、e of adjusting the current to the overload relay to remove output voltage when output current exceeds 450 milliamperes (ma). 3.5.8.2 Overload indicator. The Government inspector, when examining the contractor fs inspection equipment, will determine that the contractor has avail- able, and utilizes correctly, gaging, measuring, and test equipment of r
34、equired accuracy and precision, and that the instruments are of a proper type and range to make measurements within the required accuracy. The contractor shall have available a set of master gages, standards, and appropriate instruments to conduct regularly scheduled calibrations of his inspection e
35、quipment. Records of such calibrations shall be maintained by the contractor and made available for Govern- ment review. The calibration of gages, standards, and instruments will be checked periodically by authorized Government personnel. 4. 7 Test setup. O Test setup indicated in figure 1 shall be

43、OPERATE position and the overload adjust control R1 shall be rotated completely clockwise. Input power as specified in 3.5.1 shall be applied to the power supply. At least 52 seconds after application of input power, the push button of item 10 shall be operated and item 4 adjusted for an indication
