Mechanical and Other Requirements7.1 The mechanical properties of the material at roomtemperature shall conform to those shown in Table 2.8. Permissible Variations in Dimensions8.1 Sheet, shall conform to the variations in dimension
16、sspecified in Tables 3-5, inclusive.8.2 Cold-Rolled Strip, shall conform to the permissiblevariations in dimensions as specified in Tables 6-10 inclusive.8.3 Plate, shall conform to the permissible variations indimensions specified in Tables 11-16, inclusive.8.4 Sheet, Strip, and PlateMaterial with

Rejection
28、 and Rehearing15.1 Material that fails to conform to the requirements ofthis specification may be rejected. Rejection should be reportedto the producer or supplier promptly and in writing. In case ofdissatisfaction with the results of the test, the producer orsupplier may make claim for a rehearing.

Certification16.1 When specified in the purchase order or contract, aproducers or suppliers certification shall be furnished to thepurchaser that the material was manufactured, sampled, tested,and inspected in accordance with this specification and hasbeen found to meet the requirements. When sp
30、ecified in thepurchase order or contract, a report of the test results shall befurnished.17. Packaging and Marking17.1 Material shall be bundled or boxed in such a manner asto assure undamaged delivery to its destination when properlytransported by a common carrier.17.2 Each piece (or bundle, where
