Alloys4.1 Designation for alloys shall consist of not more than twoletters representing the alloying elements (Note 2) specified inthe greatest amount, arranged in order of decreasing percent-ages, or in alphabetical order if of eq
11、ual percentages, followedby the respective percentages rounded off to whole numbersand a serial letter (Notes 3). The full name of the base metalprecedes the designation, but it is omitted for brevity when thebase metal being referred to is obvious.NOTE 2For codification, an alloying element is defi
