18、2.2 Certification, and5.2.3 Mill Test Report.6. Materials and Manufacture6.1 Materials:6.1.1 The material of manufacture shall be a form of CopperAlloy UNS Nos. C49255, C49260, C49300, C49340, C49350,and C49360 of such purity and soundness as to be suitable forprocessing into the products prescribed
19、 herein.6.1.2 In the event heat identification or traceability isrequired, the purchaser shall specify the details desired.NOTE 1Due to the discontinuous nature of the processing of castingsinto wrought products, it is not always practical to identify a specificcasting analysis with a specific quant
20、ity of finished material.6.2 Manufacture:6.2.1 The product shall be manufactured by such hot work-ing, cold working, and annealing processes as to produce auniform wrought structure in the finished product.6.2.2 The product shall be hot or cold worked to the finishedsize, and subsequently annealed w
21、hen required, to meet thetemper properties specified.7. Chemical Composition7.1 The material shall conform to the chemical compositionrequirements in Table 1 for the copper alloy UNS Numbersspecified in the ordering information.7.2 These composition limits do not preclude the presenceof other elemen
22、ts. By agreement between the manufacturer andpurchaser, limits may be established and analysis required forunnamed elements.7.3 For alloys in which zinc is listed as “remainder,” eithercopper or zinc may be taken as the difference between the sumof results of all elements determined and 100 %. When
23、allelements in Table 1 are determined, the sum of results shall be99.5 % min.7.4 For alloys in which copper is listed as “remainder”,copper is the difference between the sum of results of allelements determined and 100%. When all elements in Table 1are determined, the sum of results shall be 99.5% m

Inspection17.1 The manufacturer, or supplier, shall inspect and maketests necessary to verify the furnished product conforms tospecifi
49、cation requirements.17.2 Source inspection of the product by the purchaser maybe agreed upon between the manufacturer, or supplier, and thepurchaser as part of the purchase order. In such case, the natureof the facilities needed to satisfy the inspector, representing thepurchaser, that the product is being furnished in accordancewith the specification shall be included in the agreement. Alltesting and inspection shall be conducted so as not to interfereunnecessarily with the operation of the works.17.3 When mutually
