Scope1.1 This specification covers structural cementitious panels.Structural cementitious panels are non-combustible, waterdurable, fiber reinf
3、orced inorganic composite panels intendedfor use as structural panels. Structural cementitious panels canbe used as floor, roof and wall sheathing when fastened tosupports spaced in accordance with the appropriate span rating.1.2 This specification defines minimum performance re-quirements for struc
4、tural cementitious sheathing panels withrespect to structural performance, dimensional stability perfor-mance, dimensional tolerance, noncombustibility, surfaceburning characteristics, long-term durability, water durability,mold resistance, density, moment capacity and bending stiff-ness.1.3 This sp
5、ecification also defines a policy to assure on-going product quality by detecting changes in panel propertiesthat may adversely affect panel performance. Required auditsof quality activities by a third party quality assurance agencyare also defined.1.4 The values stated in either inch-pound units or

Performance Specifications for StructuralCementitious Panels4.1 Structural cementitious panels are fiber-reinforced inor-ganic composite panels intended for use as structural panels.When used as a floor sheathing panel, structural cementitiouspanels can be used as a combin
24、ation subfloor and underlayment(single floor grade) or as a sheathing grade panel, which whenused as a floor requires an underlayment panel on top of it. Ineither case, panels must be fastened to supports spaced inaccordance with the panels span rating. Sections 5 through 13describe qualification pr
25、ocedures and initial testing required todemonstrate that the panels performance characteristics meetthe requirements of this standard.5. Structural Performance5.1 Concentrated LoadsPanels shall be tested accordingto the procedures of Test Method E 661 for concentrated staticand impact loads. Panels
26、shall conform to the criteria of Tables1 and 2 for the end use and span shown on the panel.5.2 Uniform LoadsPanels shall be tested according to theprocedures of Test Method E 330 for uniform loads. Uniformloads shall be applied in both the positive and negativedirections. Panels shall conform to the
27、 performance values ofTable 3 for the end use and span shown on the panel.5.3 Fastener HoldingFor lateral fastener loads, panelsshall be tested according to the procedures of Test MethodsD 1761, using the sections applicable to lateral fastener loadtesting. For withdrawal loads, panels shall be test
28、ed accordingto Test Methods D 1037, using the sections applicable towithdrawal load testing. Panels shall conform to the criteria ofTable 4 for the end use and thickness shown on the panel.6. Stability Performance6.1 Linear ExpansionPanels shall be tested according toTest Methods C 1185, using the s
29、ection applicable to linearexpansion. 34、 of 28 days.6.4 Panel Freeze/ThawPanels shall be tested in accor-dance with Test Methods C 1185, using the section applicableto panel freeze/thaw. Panels shall retain a minimum of 75 % ofthe control strength values after 50 cycles, in either themachine or cross machine direction. Testing shall be in
35、itiated at28 days after panel production.7. Dimensional Tolerance and Squareness of Panels7.1 Length and WidthA tolerance of 618 in. 63.2 mmshall be allowed on specified length and/or width.7.2 ThicknessA tolerance of 6132 in. 60.8 mm forspecified thicknesses.7.3 Squareness and StraightnessPanels sh

Noncombustibility8.1 Panels shall be tested according
37、to Test Method E 136 atan age of 28 days. Panel specimens shall be demonstrated to benon-combustible per the requirements of Test Method E 136.9. Surface Burning Characteristics9.1 Panels shall be tested according to Test Method E84forsurface burning characteristics at an age of 28 days. Testspecime
38、ns shall achieve a 0 flame spread and a maximumsmoke developed of 5.10. Long-Term Durability10.1 Panels shall be tested per Test Methods C 1185, usingthe section applicable to long-term durability, with condition-ing initiated at an age of 28 days after production. A minimumretention of 75 % of maxi
39、mum load and maximum deflectionvalues shall be achieved for the wet conditioned specimenscompared to the control samples. Testing shall be conducted inboth the machine and the cross machine directions.11. Water Durability11.1 Panels shall be tested per Test Methods C 1185, usingthe section applicabl
