Physical Requirements3.1 Coal tar primer shall be a distillate of coal-gas tar orcoke-oven tar and shall conform to the following requirements:Water not more than 1 %Consistency at 5C (41F) entirely fluid and crystal freeASpecific gravity, 38/15.5C (100/60F )not less than 1.06Matter insoluble

In the case of rejection, the supplier shall have t
12、heright to reinspect the rejected material and resubmit the lot afterremoval of those packages not conforming to the requirements.8.
