21、ts of Section 1 and 2 which are applicable to tantalum electrolytic capacitors. It prescribes the test schedule, giving the specific conditions of test as required by Sections I and 2. SPECIFICATION 3.1 GENERAL MATTERS 3.1.1 Scope. This section applies to the tantaluin electrolytic capacitors listed
