19、jectoryexactness, fortheacceptancetestingofCO 2 laserbeammachinesforhighqualityweldingandcuttingintwooperation directions(2D)inaccordancewithENISO156161.Thisstandardspecifiesthetestingprocedureandequipment. Thescopeoftheexaminationandthegradesofprecisionshallbestatedinthetechnicalspecificationforthe

20、CO 2 laserbeammachineandbeinaccordancewiththeapplicationrequirementsduetothediversityofthe requirementstothelasersystem. Theworkpieceand/ortheopticsaremovedduringlaserbeamprocessing.Themovementoftheworkpieceand/or theopticsrequireacertainprecisioninthemotionsystem,e.g.movingworkingtable,rotaryfixtur
