23、testpieces Thetestpiecesshallbemadefromhotrolledsteelplates,gradeS275accordingtoEN10025.Thesizeofthetest piecesshallbe1000 1000mmwithanominalthicknessof10mm.Alltestpiecesusedinaseriesoftestsshall originatefromthesamecharge(heat).Thepartsshallhavesmooth,flat,undamagedsurfaces. Aseriesshallincludeonet
24、estpiecewhichisabrasivelyblasteduntilSA2(ENISO85011:1988).Oneormore testpiece(s)shallbecoatedwithshopprimerinaccordancewiththesuppliersrecommendationsforthetypeof shopprimerbeingassessed.Onetestpieceshallbeleftuncoated. Thethicknessoftheshopprimershallbeuniformandinaccordancewiththesuppliersrecommen
25、dation.Unless otherwisespecified,thespecimenscanbecutafteradryingperiodofatleast10daysatasurfacetemperature above10 o Cbutbelow40 o Candataminimumairhumidityof50%.Alternativeconditionsforstorageshallbe monitoredandreportedinthetestreport. Thereisariskthatthecuttingnozzlegetsoiledbyalayerofoxideatthetip.Thissoilinghasaconsiderably influenceonthemaximumcuttingspeedandifpossibleitshallbeprevented.
