5、07 E Page 2 1. GENERAL ASPECTS Supplementary Services are used to modify or enhance a basic Bearer Service or a Teleservice to the users needs. They can only be offered as an addition to the basic services. The capabilities to support supplementary services can be implemented in the network nodes, i

The definition and description of individual supplementary services is given in Recommendation The description me

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES TO BEARER SERVICES MATRIX For those supplementary services which will be offered during phase 1 and phase 2 of the ISDN implementa- tion, the association with the individual bearer services is contained in Annex 1. A provisional associa

E: Indicates that the supplementary service is essential, has a high priority for introduction and should be made available internationally. A: Indicates that the supplementary service is ide

T: Supplementary services in principle may be located in either the network or in the terminal or a combination of both. The T indicates that a terminal solution

The sequence of supplementary services listed in the Annex 1 reflects the sequence of introduction as proposed by the Commission of the European Communities and adopted by t
