DIN 28180:2007-09 4 1 Scope This standard applies to straight plain-end seamless tubes made from non-alloy, alloy and stainless steels intended for use in tubular heat exchangers, which are predominantly used in process engineering. This standard does not apply to steel tubes intended
8、for exposure to flame. Technical delivery conditions shall be as specified in the standards listed in Table 8, with the exception of the dimensions and tolerances specified in clause 3 of the present standard. NOTE The outside diameters, wall thicknesses, and masses per unit length specified here co

16、 Tolerances 3.3.1 Tolerances on outside diameter The tolerances specified for outside diameters take out-of-roundness into consideration. The tolerance classes for the outside diameter as in this standard shall be specified at the time of ordering. Table 4 gives outside diameter tolerances for non-a
17、lloy and alloy steel tubes and Table 5 gives outside diameter tolerances for stainless steel tubes.
