This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the “Machinery Directive”, Directive 98/37/EC (valid until 28 Decembe

6、r 2009), and the “revised Machinery Directive”, Directive 2006/42/EC, which takes effect on 29 December 2009, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on the market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements

7、of the directives. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this standard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). 18、1:2008) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 151 “Construction equipment and building material machines Safety”, the secretariat of which is held by DIN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement,

DIN EN 13102:2009-05 EN 13102:2005+A1:2008 (E) 4 Introduction This European Standard is a type C standard as sta

23、ted in EN ISO 12100-1:2003. The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situations and events are covered are indicated in the scope of this European Standard. When compiling this standard it was assumed that: only trained persons work at the machine; components without specif

24、ic requirements are: a) designed in accordance with the usual engineering practice and calculation codes, including all failure modes; b) of solid mechanical and electrical construction; c) made of materials with adequate strength and of suitable quality; general electrical hazards according to elec

25、trical safety standard EN 60204-1:1997; general hazards due to hydraulic, pneumatic equipment are dealt with according to relevant standards for common use such as EN 982:1996 and EN 983:1996; components are kept in good repair and working order, so that the required characteristics remain despite w

DIN EN 13102:2009-05 EN 13102:2005+A1:2008 (E) 5 1 Scope 1.1 This European Standard applies to: machines for stacking or dehacking fired or unfired fine clay wall tiles and floor tiles on/from fixed or mova

28、ble supports (see Figure A.1); machines for loading or unloading fired or unfired fine clay wall tiles and floor tiles into/from containers (see Figures A.2 and A.4); machines for loading or unloading fired or unfired fine clay wall tiles and floor tiles on/from stackable frames (see Figure A.3). 1.

29、2 !This European Standard deals with the significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to ceramic machines for loading and unloading of fine clay tiles, when they are used as intended and under the conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause

30、4). This European Standard does not deal with noise. This European Standard deals with the preventive measures to minimise these hazards arising from the commissioning, the operation and maintenance.“ 1.3 The interface with the transport system for stacks, containers is covered by this European Stan
