Die enthaltene IEC-Publikation wurde vom TC 57 Power system

10、n entsprechenden Deutschen Normen ergibt sich, soweit ein Zusammenhang besteht, grundstzlich ber die Nummer der entsprechenden IEC-Publikation. Beispiel: IEC 60068 ist als EN 60068 als Europische Norm durch CENELEC bernommen und als DIN EN 60068 ins Deutsche Normenwerk aufgenommen. Da sich die Benut

11、zer der vorliegenden Norm der englischen Sprache als Fachsprache bedienen, wird die englische Fassung der DIN EN 61850-7-2 verffentlicht. Fr die meisten der verwendeten Begriffe existieren keine gebruchlichen deutschen Benennungen, da sich die deutschen Anwender in der Regel ebenfalls der englischen

12、 Benennungen bedienen. Dieser Norm-Entwurf steht nicht in unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit Rechtsvorschriften und ist nicht als Sicherheitsnorm anzusehen. Das Prsidium des DIN hat mit Prsidialbeschluss 1/2004 festgelegt, dass DIN-Normen, deren Inhalt sich auf internationale Arbeitsergebnisse der Infor

13、mationsverarbeitung grndet, unter bestimmten Bedingungen allein in englischer Sprache verffentlicht werden drfen. Diese Bedingungen sind fr die vorliegende Norm erfllt. nderungen Gegenber DIN EN 61850-7-2:2004-02 wurden folgende nderungen vorgenommen: a) Die Klassen-Diagramme wurden aktualisiert; b)

14、 nicht bentigte Datenformate wurden entfernt; c) Fehler und Druckfehler wurden korrigiert; d) das Substitutionsmodell wurde nach EN 61850-7-3 verschoben; DIN EN 61850-7-2:2011-04 3 e) Servicenachverfolgung fr Kontroll-Blcke wurde ergnzt; f) die Zugriffssteuerung der Datenobjekte wurde gendert; sie w

24、ed to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and was approved by CENELEC as EN 61850-7-2 on 2010-10-01. This European Standard supersedes EN 61850-7-2:2003. The major technical changes with regard to EN 61850-7-2:2003 are as follows: class diagrams have been updated; data types not required have been removed

25、; errors and typos haven been corrected; substitution model has been moved to EN 61850-7-3; service tracking for control blocks have been added; the view concept will be according to the new work on role bases access (RBA); security issues are solved by the IEC 62351 series; and several terms have b

26、een harmonized with those in the other parts. This publication has been drafted in accordance with the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2.
